EZRA Caven bagged four tries as Old Redcliffians kicked off the campaign with a thumping win over Newport.
The hosts’ try scoring started from the first scrum as Reds forced a penalty. The kick to touch and catch-anddrive saw winger Caven slice though in the corner. Ash Groves provided the extras.
A penalty 15 metres out and fast hands gave the next try to Finn Murphy and Groves increased the lead with a penalty.
