Exiles waiting in wings for Chick

ON THE BLINDSIDE
London Irish are waiting in the wings to potentially move for Newcastle Falcons No.8 Callum Chick if there is a last-minute hitch with his contract talks.
We reported last week that Chick, 25, who joined his home town club in 2015, was in advanced talks about extending his deal but have been told the Exiles are watching for developments.
Chick, who has been capped three times by England, is closing in on 100 appearances for the Falcons having played 21 times last season, scoring four tries.
