Lewis Ludlow feels like a new man. The Gloucester captain had three operations in as many weeks after the end of last season and is on course to make next month’s Premiership opener against Wasps at Kingsholm.
The England flanker, who was involved in the Six Nations preparations this year, had hoped to be available for the summer tour to Australia, but his body decided otherwise.
