Former England captain Tom Mitchell is hoping his Sevens career isn’t over yet and is keen to be involved in September’s World Cup.
In the lead up to the Commonwealth Games, Mitchell was coaching and mentoring the England team after his sabbatical away from the seven-a-side format.
The 33-year-old, who played for LA Giltinis in Major League Rugby last season, enjoyed sharing his wisdom regarding Tony Roques’ youthful squad and wants to be more involved come World Cup time.
