James Flynn is the latest Jersey Reds player to be snapped up by a Premiership club with Saracens signing the 28-year-old for the 2022/23 season.
Having lost Richard Barrington to Agen, last season’s beaten Premiership finalists have effectively swapped one former Reds loose-head for another.
Barrington played a big part in Saracens’ glory years, making 220 appearances for the Men in Black in a nine-year spell that included multiple English and European title wins, so Flynn has big boots to fill.
