ON THE BLINDSIDE
Eddie Jones, still in Australia following England‘s Test series victory over the Wallabies, says he would love to switch codes after the World Cup.
Jones is set to leave his job as England coach following next year’s tournament and has spent time with NRL outfits Penrith Panthers and Melbourne Storm.
While he says he wouldn’t work for the Australian Rugby Union again, he hasn’t ruled out switching to the NRL, especially if his boyhood club South Sydney come calling.
“Look, if there was an opportunity, I’d jump at it….100 per cent,” said Jones.
