Former England hooker Lee Mears was impressed by the fight shown by Eddie Jones’ side in the final Test but says they are still some way short of Ireland’s standard.
The ex-Bath front rower said: “There were a lot of positives to take away from the final Test but England are still trying to find the top gear that Ireland hit.
