Wayne Pivac insists Wales are heading in the right direction despite getting battered into submission 30-14 by South Africa in Cape Town yesterday.
Wales have exceeded expectations after a poor Six Nations by running the Springboks close in the first Test, and beating them in the second.
Winning the series was a step too far but with the World Cup 14 months away, Pivac has seen enough in their performances to suggest they can be successful in France.
