Flanagan takes the reins at Dragons

THE Dragons have appointed Scarlets backs coach Dai Flanagan as the new head coach, as part of a revamped coaching structure under director of rugby Dean Ryan.
Dragons also confirmed backs coach Gordon Ross has left his role.
“I’m excited to be joining Dragons and putting my mark on the team and how we play,” said 26-year-old Flanagan.
“I’m keen to build on the foundations that have been put in place and enhance and develop our performances.
