JULIAN Salvi is making a quick return to rugby after becoming Paul Gustard’s replacement at Italian United Rugby Championship side Benetton Treviso.
Salvi, who left Exeter at the end of April after a poor season from the former champions, has got the Treviso gig after Stade Francais made a move for former Harlequins boss Gustard.
Gustard, who moved to Italy last summer, has signed a two-year deal to move to Paris this summer, but the deal was held up while Benetton lined up a replacement.
