OFFICIALLY I am of course outraged and utterly appalled at the blatant time wasting and abnegation of the spirit of rugby recently at the World Series 7s game in Toulouse between Argentina and England.
When Will Homer broke away with two minutes left it suited both sides to settle for the 19-7 scoreline which would see both into the quarter-finals.
So Homer took all of that time to touch down and the Pumas made no attempt to hurry him up with a token challenge.
