FRANCE scrum-half Laure Sansus has been named Women’s Six Nations player of the championship.
Sansus won 37 per cent of fan votes after beating her teammate, lock Madoussou Fall, and England pair -flanker Marlie Packer and prop Sarah Bern.
France finished second to Grand Slam winners England – who beat Les Bleues 24-12 in Bayonne to seal the title and deny France a first championship since 2018.
