WASPS are looking to tie down highly-rated England international back row Jack Willis, left, on a new long-term contract to keep an army of admiring rival clubs at arm’s length.
Willis was tipped for a massive 2021 until badly damaging knee ligaments in a Six Nations clash with Italy and spent a year on the sidelines while he fought his way back to fitness.
The 25-year-old, who joined Wasps senior academy from Henley College Berkshire seven years ago, penned a new deal in May 2020, but the club are ready to open talks about an extension.
