Winter’s departure confirmed

COVENTRY have confirmed Rowland Winter’s exit from the club. The director of rugby has not been present at a Coventry game since the Butts Park Arena defeat to Cornish Pirates in January.
TRP reported in March that Winter was on gardening leave with the club offering no comment as to why he had not been performing his usual duties.
Coventry confirmed his departure on social media. “We would like to inform all stakeholders that Rowland Winter has left Coventry,” it read. “We wish him well in the future.”
