THE semi-finals of the Premiership Rugby Cup would usually struggle to command attention at a stage of the season when clubs are focusing on the league run-in and, in some cases, Europe, but not this week.
Gloucester face Worcester at Kingsholm on Wednesday night, a day after London Irish take on Leicester in Brentford, a month after the Premiership match between the sides there was cancelled by the Warriors following a Covid outbreak at the club.
Gloucester were less then impressed and the matter was resolved by an independent panel which met over two days last week.
