REDRUTH head coach Nigel Hambly credits his side’s long bus journeys for building camaraderie in their quest for National 2 South glory.
Away games often take between five and seven hours for the Cornish side but despite the mammoth journeys, they have lost just once on the road all season.
Hambly said: “I’m pretty pleased with the way we’ve gone and how the squad has stuck together over such a long period of time. It’s a brutal season and geographically it’s tough for us because of where we are but that’s life....
