IN three years, Josh Bayliss has gone from being a breakthrough academy player to one of Bath’s leaders and a full-blown Scotland international.
Anyone that has seen Bayliss rampaging down the wing at The Rec will know the Millfield-educated Devonian, raised in Indonesia, is not someone to hang around, but even by his standards it’s still been a rapid rise for the mobile back rower.
Already Bayliss, 24, is approaching 100 first-team appearances for Bath in all competitions, has captained the team this season and picked up three international caps.
