THE Six Nations failure to act against Wales over the Tomas Francis affair has been condemned by two medical experts as “an absolute disgrace”.
Despite a review panel ruling that the concussed prop “should have been immediately and permanently removed from play” at Twickenham last month, the Six Nations have declared the matter closed.
