ANOTHER week, another Premiership ‘rotten borough’ story. This time it is about Leicester, a club which behind the scenes pushed as hard as any for Saracens to not only be fined millions, but also relegated for its salary cap breaches in 2020.
Following an investigation by the PRL salary cap director, Andrew Rogers, it has emerged that Leicester breached the salary cap limit themselves in four consecutive seasons.
