‘Proposals should be open for debate’

CONCERNS over a lack of transparency in the RFU’s communication with its member clubs have surfaced following an RFU Council meeting on Friday.
There were widespread complaints from clubs below the Premiership over proposals for fundamental changes to the English club structure being given the highest level of confidentiality by the RFU Council.
