THERE were no surprises in England’s win against Italy in Rome, but I guess expectations on them are always huge because the resources available are greater than those in almost every other country.
However, despite it being a 33-0 scoreline it still reflected where England are now, which is one loss and one victory for a team still finding its way.
Eddie Jones said that this side is inexperienced, and he’s not wrong. Unfortunately, it also does not seem to have too many knock-out punches when it comes to playing against good teams...
