IT was the calm before the storm in school’s rugby this week, as most teams took stock during half term ahead of what is set to be an exciting 7s season.
But there was still some rugby to be played as several teams still had to bring down the curtain on their 15-a-side seasons.
In the midlands, Queen Mary’s Academy beat Walsall 30-10, whilst Warwick pulled away after a scoreless first-half to claim a 26-0 win at KES Stratford.
