The Rugby Paper returns this Thursday with another bumper episode to get you ready for the second round of Six Nations fixtures.

Host Oliver Little and The Rugby Paper and will be joined by Italian international and Harlequins back Tommaso Allan to discuss all things Italy ahead of ‘s visit to Rome on Sunday.

Before each week of Six Nations action, our podcast panel will predict what they think the score lines will be in the weekends fixtures.

As Nigel Owens famously said: ‘This is not soccer’, so we understand this is incredibly difficult to do in rugby.

The Rugby Paper has devised a points based scoring system for our Six Nations predictions. They are:

5 points for correct match winner

1 point for within 7 points of a score – with 2 points up for grabs as there are two teams in rugby

3 points for correct score for one team

10 points for exact scoreline
