Knights go to Jersey bidding to keep pressure on

THE Championship returns next Saturday with a full round of fixtures as the pressure mounts on Ealing Trail- finders after losing top spot to Doncaster Knights.
Doncaster’s three straight wins and their vic- tory over Ealing back in November put them at the summit heading into the new year but Ealing, level on points, have two games in hand on Steve Boden’s side.
Both Doncaster and Ealing have applied to join the Premiership next season, the only Champi- onship clubs to do so.
