CORNISH Pirates have signed Gloucester prop Olly Adkins on a shortterm deal after Exeter loanee Patrick Schickerling returned to the Chiefs. Adkins, 22, is a former England U20s international who has spent time on loan at Pirates Championship rivals Hartpury. He featured in Gloucester’s Premiership Cup win over Exeter last month and has made one Premiership appearance.
