NORTHAMPTON boss Chris Boyd applauded the leadership of Lewis Ludlam.
“He not only talks well but he leads by example,” Boyd said. “What you always get from Lewis is 100 per cent every week.”
Boyd added: “I’m very happy to get the five points, obviously, but our performance probably was only six out of 10.
“We are very disappointed we gave them three tries. We did well enough to get a comfortable victory but it certainly was not vintage.”
