Reunited: George Ford

PAUL DEACON is relishing being reunited with George Ford next season – well over a decade since he first encountered the England star as a raw teenager at Bradford Bulls.
Leicester fly-half Ford, 28, will join Sale on a three year deal and head coach Deacon, right, a former Great Britain scrum-half in Rugby League, will work with him closely.
As a precocious teenager, Ford could have signed at Bradford or Wigan but instead opted for the 15-a-side code at Leicester and has not looked back since.
