I’M all for speeding up play when possible but still remain puzzled as to when the TMO is employed or not.
In the 27th minute in Paris last week, with France already 17-6 up, speed merchants Gabian Villiere and Rieko Ioane were involved in a sprint chasing Gael Fickou’s brilliant grubber.
