WALES fly-half Rhys Patchell returned after more than a year as Scarlets development side took on Dragons A at Rodney Parade on Friday.
Patchell last played as a replacement for Wales in the rearranged Six Nations game against Scotland in October 2020.
The 28-year-old created two tries for wing Ryan Conbeer with clever chip kicks in the 29-10 victory.
Patchell added a conversion in his 60-minute appearance having missed most of last season after a head injury.
His comeback had been further delayed by hamstring and calf problems.
