ADAM Beard plans on making the most of the departure of Cory Hill and Jake Ball from Welsh rugby.
Ospreys second row Beard had a breakthrough end to last season as he played a key role as Wales won the Six Nations. He then received a late British & Irish Lions call-up to tour South Africa.
Beard, who is 6ft 9in and 18st 4lb, won a Lions Test cap against the Springboks and with 26 international appearances at just 25, looks set to have a long Test career ahead of him.
