Liam Williams joins Wales list of absent Lions stars

WALES have ruled Liam Williams out of the All Blacks’ match on October 30 – their eighth Lion to miss the start of the autumn series.
The battered Six Nations’ champions have also suffered another crushing blow with uncapped New Zealander Michael Collins out of action for up to two months with a torn calf muscle.
Williams is out following an appendix op and Wales can only hope he may be ready for South Africa on November 6.
Head coach Wayne Pivac’s immediate task is to solve the problem of who plays at full-back seven days earlier.
