THE TIGERS are looking to use the roar of their returning supporters at Welford Road to push them into the play-offs. It is eight years since Leicester last appeared in a Premiership final having made it to Twickenham for nine successive years and they aim to turn Welford Road into a ground where opponents leave with very little.
Leicester’s opening round victory over Exeter ended a run of three successive home league defeats to the Chiefs and their visitors next weekend, Saracens, have triumphed on their last four visits to Welford Road.
