QUEENSLAND Reds attack coach Jim McKay says Bryce Hegarty’s signing for Leicester is a “win-win” for the player and the club.
The 28-year-old will join Tigers ahead of the 2021/22 season from the Super Rugby Australia champions, and while the Reds are sad to see him go, McKay believes he’ll be hit in the northern hemisphere.
“He started for us in the final and is a very experienced, skilful player who has a nice change of pace and he supports well,” said McKay.
