I AM very loath to criticise anybody who has been grappling with the logistics of a pandemic-fraught domestic season and no praise is too high for the Premiership players who have risen above the empty stadia to provide a feast of largely entertaining, up-lifting rugby.
I am, though, a little puzzled as to why the often-criticised Top 14, which was forced to postpone games in no fewer than nine rounds because of covid positive tests at various clubs, have nonetheless managed to reschedule every single match.
