GLASGOW Warriors head coach Danny Wilson praised his “outstanding” side as they defeated Leinster on Friday to give themselves a chance of reaching the Rainbow Cup final.
The tight victory at Scotstoun put the Scottish side top of the Northern Conference and now they must wait until next weekend to see if Benetton or Munster can leapfrog them.
“The boys rocked up again with huge emotion and were really physical,” Wilson said. “We set our minds on beating Leinster and to finish the main part of the season like that is an outstanding reflection on how these boys have really turned a corner.”...
