ULSTER centre Stuart McCloskey said it was a neat way to finish the season as Ian Madigan landed a penalty at the death from 35 metres.
Madigan repeated his PRO14 semi-final winner at the same venue back in September but this time it was after Ulster had surrendered a 12-point lead in the closing seven minutes.
“I thought we had lost it there at the end,” said McCloskey, as Ulster prevented a fifth loss in a row. “But it’s a nice way to finish the season to get the win in the end.”
