WORCESTER, suffering their 18th successive Premiership defeat, provided a compelling case for the retention of Premiership relegation as Newcastle restored their lost pride.
Before kick-off, the league table said that these were the two worst sides in the top flight. For the first hour the Falcons dominated in just about every aspect of the game before a spirited but too-little, too-late Worcester revival.
