SEDBERGH, year in year out one of British rugby’s great nurseries, has been mourning the sudden death of Henry Foster, 20, who just three years ago was an integral member of arguably their strongest ever side.
Foster, a livewire utility back, collapsed and died of a cardiac arrest last Saturday at Central Washington University where he was on a sporting scholarship and had quickly become a leading member of their rugby team.
