APROPOS of almost nothing other than probably having too much time on my hands, it struck me this week that Great Britain currently, theoretically, have the makings of one of the great Sevens teams should the opportunity ever arise.
That is, if the Olympics didn’t alas clash with a Lions tour and if the superstars of the Test and club scene could ever be accommodated in what has become the specialist Sevens squads that now exist.
