LA ROCHELLE look a decent bet to win the Heineken Cup as they illustrated their power and class to put battling Gloucester out of the competition.
La Rochelle are currently second in the French Top 14 and with a home draw against Sale Sharks or Scarlets in the quarter-finals it will take a good side to beat them.
Gloucester head coach George Skivington said: “They have the firepower to go on and win the competition but it’s a question of whether they have sufficient depth in their squad to compete on both fronts and whether they make this tournament a priority.
