ADAM Jones is backing Danny Care to be in Warren Gatland’s thoughts ahead of selection for the Lions.
Scrum-half Care excelled for Quins, slotting a drop-goal and working smoothly with fly-half Marcus Smith to control much of the game’s tempo.
Lions boss Gatland was looking on at Ashton Gate and Quins scrum coach Jones said: “Gats is pretty left-field with selections sometimes so Danny’s in with a shout if he picks on form.”
