AMPTHILL face a tough start to the season with Doncaster first up followed by Ealing away.
After giving 22 players their debuts in the two preseason games with Bedford Blues, head coach Paul Turner names 14 Championship debutants for the Knights’ visit.
Following his man-ofthe-match performance against the Blues two weeks ago, Alex Humfrey starts on the blindside in the only change to Ampthill’s starting pack from last weekend’s friendly.
