LEICESTER boss Steve Borthwick praised his emerging young Tigers after a fourth home Premiership win of the campaign.
Substitute scrum-half Jack van Poortvliet, who made a try for Kini Murimurivalu, and a score by replacement flanker Ollie Chessum were high points of Leicester’s win.
Borthwick said: “We’ve got a group of young players who are doing really well. They are eager to learn and we need to coach them really well. They could be very important to the future of the club.
“We are building and I think you can see that there is evidence of improvement.”
