LONDON Irish winger Waisake Naholo is fighting to save his career according to whispers reaching Blindside from New Zealand.
The former All Blacks winger, 29, was one of the Exiles’ major signings when they returned to the Premiership but had a knee operation last April.
The club were hopeful he would be returning to London in time to be fit for the start of this season, but there is still no sign of him.
Instead, a source has revealed that Fiji-born Naholo, a 2015 Rugby World Cup-winner injured in a game against Harlequins, is fighting for his career.
