WALES legend Mark Ring insists Cardiff Blues’ new interim director of rugby Dai Young needs to do a root-and-branch review of the region’s development pathway to get success.
Young has taken the helm after previous head coach John Mulvihill departed the region for personal reasons. And former Cardiff great Ring, who won 32 caps for Wales as a maverick outside-half, would like to see Young put the foundations in place for a brighter future.
