SOUTH Africa flanker Pieter-Steph du Toit and England’s Emily Scarratt were named men’s and women’s 15s player of the Year 2019 at the World Rugby awards in Tokyo.
South Africa coach Rassie Erasmus was named coach of the year and the Springboks were crowned team of the year for the first time since 2009.
