SCARLETS general manager Jon Daniels is confident the region’s ‘commitment culture’ with an emphasis on home grown talent is the perfect recipe to success.
Scarlets have provided 11 players to Wales’ World Cup squad and despite being situated in a region with a relatively sparse population, their production line is the envy of many European clubs.
