Call for clarity: Vaughan
OUTGOING Gloucester chief executive Stephen Vaughan has called on Premiership Rugby to come clean over their salary cap investigations into Saracens.
Premiership and European champions Saracens have been in the dock since April after Premiership Rugby launched a probe into co-investment arrangements between owner Nigel Wray and a number of top players including Owen Farrell and Maro Itoje.
