HERSCHEL Jantjies produced a dazzling two-try debut to throw his cap firmly into the World Cup ring at Ellis Park.
The dynamic scrum-half reacted to Rassie Erasmus’ decision to give him his chance to shine in the spotlight by inspiring the Springboks to a comfortable opening Rugby Championship triumph. Stormers star Jantjies opened the try-scoring and then added a superb solo effort as the Wallabies failed again to enjoy any success at this famous old stadium.
