DYLAN HARTLEY will have a chance to prove his fitness for England after Northampton rugby director Chris Boyd revealed the hooker is close to a return. Hartley, who last played on December 21 and underwent surgery on a ‘grumbly knee’ in late February, is slated to make his comeback against Worcester on May 4.
Hartley is marooned on 97 caps after missing the Six Nations but of greater importance to England boss Eddie Jones will be his leadership qualities.
